Valentine’s Themed Bullet Journal Setup

Welcome to my February Bullet Journal setup! I am so bloody happy that it is finally February. I don’t know if it has been the same for you all, but January has absolutely dragged by.

I have kept a Bullet Journal for five years now and I can’t believe I haven’t done a valentines heart theme. Honestly, who am I? Based on what I’ve just said and the title of this post, you’ll probably be able to guess my theme for February. I am so happy with the way it turned out! Let’s get started.

Cover Page

For my cover page, I went for hearts of various colours with February in the middle. I don’t know the name of the style of font I used, so if anyone knows, please let me know! Instead of outlining the hearts properly, I shifted it slightly which I love the look of. I then included a border as I felt like the spread was missing something and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

For my quote page, I followed the same layout and of course, included a quote to do with hearts. Overall, I’m really happy with how these pages tuned out!

Monthly Spread

I went for a calendar layout for my monthly spread which continues to be my favourite layout. I also included a goals section and followers tracker but I’m not too pleased with how that looks if I’m honest. I just think it looks a little too squished. Despite this, I’m still happy with how this turned out!

Habit Tracker and Mood Tracker

For my habit tracker, I am continuing with only focusing on six habits per month. This worked really well for me last month hence why I am continuing it. I have changed the habits ever so slightly just so they fit in with my life and what I need.

For my mood tracker, I decided to go for a colour in mood tracker. I have three colours each representing a mood and I will fill out each heart slightly off centre for each day with a colour depending on my mood.

Symptoms Tracker and Sleep Tracker

My symptoms tracker remains exactly the same as last month. I find it really important to track these symptoms and see how they fit in conjunction with my mood. These symptoms relate to my mental and physical health. I suffer quite frequently from head pain and headaches so I always track when I suffer from these two to check how often they’re happening.

For my sleep tracker, it is exactly the same as last month. This layout works extremely well for me and I can’t see it changing for some time.

Expenses Tracker and Weather Tracker

I really enjoyed using my expenses tracker in January. The added columns of category and whether it’s a want or a need has given me a lot of extra information. Apparently, I buy far too many cups of coffee and as for the wants vs need column…

I also really enjoyed using my weather tracker last month. It’s really interesting looking back and seeing what the weather was doing each day. Unsurprisingly, especially with living in Wales, rain and cloudy were the ones popping up repeatedly.

Blog Stats and Gratitude Log

It was great to have my blog stats spread back last month. I always enjoy filling this out and seeing how I’m doing each day. It also hasn’t changed at all since I first started doing it back in September 2020, I do believe, so you can tell how much I enjoy having it when I’m blogging.

I keep saying my gratitude log is my favourite spread of the monthly setup and that continues to be true. It really helps me with becoming more positive and thankful every day.

Brain Dump

Finally, it’s the brain dump. This is such a necessity for me each month. This is where I put post-it notes I’ve written on with specific to-do lists just because it’s so convenient to put them there. This is a huge necessity for me.

Thank you for reading! Let me know your favourite spread from this month.

Beth
