Welcome to another Bullet Journal setup. I find it slightly insane that it’s April already. I could really do with time slowing down. Last month, I really enjoyed using my Bullet Journal again. The changes I made worked really well for me and so there will be some similarities this month.
This month, I decided to go for a rain theme in my Bullet Journal which is slightly ironic considering the weather is rather lovely at the time of writing this. I’m really proud of how this setup turned out so let’s get into it.
Cover Page

Like I mentioned previously, this month’s theme is rain and so for my cover page I went with three simple raindrops and April lettered next to it in a non-cursive font. I put in a border but if I’m honest, I wish I had left that out and you’ll notice as you read on that I don’t put in a border again.
For my quote page, I had to include part of the famous quote all to do with April. You will see where this goes next month. I included more raindrop doodles and I’m happy with how simple this spread is.
Monthly Spread

For my monthly spread, I decided to go back to a calendar spread. Last month didn’t work for me at all unfortunately and I found myself missing the calendar layout. I initially went for the previous layout as I found I didn’t have enough room. To make up for this, I made the calendar bigger this month, with each day of the calendar being 6 by 7 dots in my notebook. I also decided to draw a complete box but I’m not happy I chose to colour the boxes in where there is no corresponding day. I think it would look better if I had left it but hey ho.
I also included a simple anxiety tracker on the left side as I’ve been noticing my anxiety levels are quite high at the moment. I’m hoping this will allow me to keep an eye on this and see if there are any patterns developing.
Habit Tracker

For my habit tracker, I decided to go for a similar layout as last time as I really liked it. Instead of the numbers like last month though, I decided to go for circles as I have seen this from other people and I like the look of it. The habits I am tracking are exactly the same as last month but I can imagine myself switching up a few in May just to keep things fresh. I also included more raindrops at the bottom to just to tie in the theme.
Mood Tracker

The graph layout for a mood tracker always works really well for me. It’s so simple and easy to keep going with which I really appreciate. I of course added more raindrops at the side and I really like the way it looks.
Sleep Tracker

For my sleep tracker, I decided to go for the same layout as last month as it worked really well for me. I’ve mentioned before I tend to switch between this and another layout showing the hours I’m asleep as opposed to the amount of hours I’m asleep. I normally switch when I get bored of the layout eventually which is the beauty of having a Bullet Journal.
Expenses Tracker

Having an expenses tracker is really important to me. I always like to track exactly where my money is going and whether it’s a want or a need. This is so I can gain a better understanding of my spending habits which admittedly aren’t great at the moment. Oops.
Gratitude and Reasons to be Proud

I really like having my gratitude page. It’s such a positive page within my Bullet Journal alongside my Reasons to be Proud page. I always end up feeling really positive and grateful after filling in these pages and looking back. I can’t see myself getting rid of these pages any time soon.
Brain Dump

This is forever a big necessity for me. However, I regret making this a double-page spread as I don’t use all of the space. Next month, I will go to a single-page spread and see how that works for me.
Thank you for reading and I shall see you soon.
