Welcome to another Bullet Journal setup blog post! I can’t believe we’re in May already, it’s actually insane! This month’s theme is flowers, which if you saw my previous setup post you’ll already be aware. I am actually really pleased with how this set-up turned out so let’s get to it!
Cover Page

As I mentioned previously, if you saw my previous post about my April Bullet Journal Setup, then you will know that setup included the beginning of the quote ‘April showers bring May flowers’ and so of course, I continued that for this particular quote page.
I decided to go for different coloured flowers this month as for the last couple of months, I’ve stuck with one colour for the whole month. I’m really pleased with the way this has turned out and I’m excited to add different colours!
Monthly Spread

Let’s express the elephant in the room first. Yes, I know I made a mistake. I completely forgot there are 31 days in May instead of 30. Once I realised that, I had already doodled in the flower. I therefore had to add the extra square after but that’s okay. I always laugh at these mistakes.
Anyway, I went for a good old calendar layout but I decided to draw individual squares rather than one big box which I like to do occasionally. I really like the way it’s turned out, especially with the doodles surrounding them.
Habit and Symptoms Tracker

I decided to add the symptoms tracker back this month as I really wanted to keep track of them this month with exams coming up. I included it in the same spread as my habit tracker as there was room for me to do that.
In terms of the layout, I decided to go for a combined tracker as I haven’t done that in a while and I really like the look of it filled out and it’s easy to keep track of.
Mood Tracker

For my mood tracker, I am keeping the graph layout as it is working extremely well for me. It’s such a laid back way of keeping track which I really like. I think low maintenance is a good way of summing this up.
Sleep and Expenses Tracker

For my sleep tracker, I again went with the same layout as last month as it works really well for me. It’s a lot easier to set up than the time slept layout, which involves showing a visual way of the hours you slept in terms of the time.
For my expenses tracker, I kept the same layout again as that has also been working well with me. I might have to turn this into a double page spread soon as I come very close to running out of room. However, maybe that’s an indication I need to cut my spending down.
Gratitude and Reasons to be Proud Spread

My gratitude and reasons to be proud spreads are the exact same as last month. They both work extremely well for me and I appreciate having both of these spreads in my Bullet Journal.
Brain Dump

My Brain Dump forever remains the same and is such a useful spread to have in my journal.
Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed this blog post!
