Welcome to another Bullet Journal setup. This month, I have decided to change the way I write these posts. Normally, I would write about each spread in turn but I felt like that was a little repetitive, especially when nothing has changed apart from the theme. Instead, I will let the pictures do the talking first, and then I’ll briefly explain any changes I’ve made and any new additions. Let me know if you prefer this way of writing these posts or whether you would like me to go back to how I previously did it. Anyway, let’s get to it!

As you can see, compared to previous months, this one looks a little different. In terms of my monthly spread, I made the calendar a lot smaller as I’m not at university and so I don’t need as much space. I have a new addition next which is a content tracker. I have quite a few places where I post different content. Of course, my blog is an obvious one but I also have 2 instagram accounts and TikTok. I want to make sure I’m keeping track of when to post and what type of post it should be.
I then decided to go back to an individual layout for my habit and symptoms tracker. For some reason, I have to change these layouts quite frequently as I get bored by them. It’ll be interesting to see if the individual layout lasts longer this time.
My sleep tracker has also changed a little bit. I’m going back to tracking by the hours I’m asleep as opposed to the amount but I’ve also added a sleep quality section. The app I use is able to track that by a percentage so it will be interesting to see how that adds to the information.
I have a new addition next which is the one line a day spread. Even though I keep a daily journal, I wanted to add a journal section within this setup. It’ll be good to look back and see a brief summary of what I got up to each day. The daily journal can go into more information that way.
Finally, I have changed my gratitude and reasons to be proud pages slightly. Before, I would write down on these spreads every day but I found I would be repeating myself quite a lot. Instead, I’ll add to these spreads as and when I feel like it.
I hope you enjoyed this blog post. Again, please let me know if you prefer this format of writing my setup posts or whether I should go back to my previous format.
Beth
