Welcome to another blog post. Today’s post is going to be all about my August setup in my Bullet Journal. I am really happy with how this setup turned out and I can’t wait to share it with you. This month, I decided to recreate a theme I did way back in 2018 or maybe even 2017 which is a mosaic theme.
This month, I decided to leave out a couple of spreads. These are my symptoms tracker and reasons to be proud spread. I’m someone that likes to change and switch things around in my Bullet Journal every so often if I get bored of a spread. Other times, I just feel like I don’t need a spread. Anyway, without further ado, let’s get into it.
Cover Page

Like I mentioned previously, this month I went for a mosaic theme. I decided to go for green as the main colours of this month as I haven’t used green in a while. I made 4 different types of mosaic tiles just to add a bit of a variety and I drew these at random around August in the middle. I used a simple cursive font for this month and I really like how the cover page turned out!
Monthly Spread

For my monthly spread, I decided to keep the calendar layout as it is a layout that works really well for me. The last couple of months, I have been keeping track of my content in a separate format but that hasn’t worked for me. Therefore, I made each day on the calendar bigger. Each day on the calendar is 5 by 6 in my notebook. You will see that I have a key at the bottom in order to help with distinguishing everything on the calendar. I am hoping that this will work well for me. I included more mosaic tiles around the calendar as well and I am really happy with how it turned out.
Habit and Mood Tracker

For my habit tracker, I kept the same layout from the last couple of months as it has worked really well for me. I really enjoy having separate trackers for each habit. It’s something that works well for me and my brain. I included more mosaic tiles to fill the space at the bottom and I really like the way it looks.
As for my mood tracker, I decided to go back to the graph layout. I really like the colour or symbol layouts but it’s nice to go back to a simple layout from time to time.
Sleep and Expenses Tracker

For my sleep tracker, I decided to go back to tracking the hours slept as opposed to the time I’m asleep if that makes sense. I do like to switch up my sleep tracker and the way I’m tracking my sleep every so often.
As for my expenses tracker, I kept it exactly the same as it has been working really well for me.
One Line a Day and Gratitude Spreads

My one line a day remains the same as it has done for the last few months. It’s been working really well for me so I don’t feel the need to change it.
For my gratitude spread, I went back to the previous layout that worked well for me for so long. I am looking forward to using this spread this month.
Brain Dump

My brain dump, of course, remains the same. I can’t see this ever changing apart from perhaps going down to one page as opposed to two.
And that is my August Bullet Journal Setup! Thank you for reading.
