Blogmas Day 17: 6 Bullet Journal Spread Ideas Perfect for University

Welcome to another blogmas post. In today’s post, I’m going to share 6 Bullet Journal spreads that are perfect for university. Bullet Journals can be customised by you to suit your needs, so it’s great that there are various university related spreads out there. The ones I’m sharing with you today are what I use in my own Bullet Journal. Without further ado, let’s get to it.

Grade Tracker

First up is a grade tracker. I’m someone that really likes to keep track on how I’m doing with my university work so a spread like this is perfect for me. What I have done is noted down my modules for second year. Each module has their own table, consisting of assignment, mark and classification. I’ve also included a separate table for overall marks, so I can group it together easily for calculating my overall grade.

Kankan Board

This is a Kankan Board dedicated purely to essays and assignments. How this works is you’ll create a board full of steps that are needed for you to complete an essay or an assignment. You’ll then get a post-it note or a bit of paper or washi tape or something and stick it at the beginning. You then move it on the board depending on where you are in the process of completing an essay or an assignment.

Revision Tools Tracker

If you are someone that likes to revise in a variety of ways, keeping track of the tools you make will help you massively. The way this works is you make one for each module. You then need to make a list of all the revision tools you like to use, such as flashcards, mind maps, summary pages etc. After that, you need to make a list of the topics within the module. You then tick off whenever you have completed the tools needed for revision.

Study Tracker

This spread is pretty self-explanatory. If you’re hoping to study for a set amount of hours each day or you’re just curious as to how much studying you do, this is a really good spread to have!

Semester Overview

The semester overview is a good spread to have for when you want to document various bits of information related to university. For example, you could include information on your lecturer. This could their name, email, office hours and location etc.

Timetable

Having a timetable included in your Bullet Journal setup can be really beneficial to you. If you forget what lecture you’ve got, you can simply look at this page as opposed to going through various links to get to your timetable online somewhere.

And that’s it! Thank you for reading. I hope this post has helped you!
