Welcome back to another blog post! Today’s post is going to be about my February Bullet Journal Setup. I don’t know about you but I am thrilled that January is finally over. It’s such a long month that drags by so slowly. I am really looking forward to seeing what February brings.
This month, I am doing a coffee themed setup. I’ve done an iced coffee theme before but now I’m going all out on coffee. Honestly, I am very much inspired by the fact I’m a Barista. I have added a few spreads this month as well which I can’t wait to share with you! Let’s get to it.
Cover Page and Quote Page

For my cover page, I decided to draw a coffee machine which I am actually quite proud of myself for doing. I also included some coffee beans to add that extra something and I really like the way it turned out. I went for simple brush lettering too as I felt it would go well.
Can we talk about the quote I chose for this month? It makes me laugh every time I look at it. I included a coffee cup doodle as well and I really like how both pages look.
Monthly Spread

For my monthly spread, I of course went for a calendar layout. Each square is 5 by 5 dots which continues to work really well for me. I included lots of doodles related to coffee in some way and I love the muted colour palette for this month too.
Workout and Water Tracker

This month, I have included a workout tracker and a water tracker. These trackers used to be on my Notion. However, I have taken these off so that my Notion Dashboard is purely for university purposes. (Let me know if you would be interested in seeing a blog post about my Notion Setup!) I decided to take things slowly with my workout tracker. As I am quite unfit, I wanted to make sure that I go at a steady pace rather than jumping into the deep end. As for my water tracker, it is to keep me accountable. I do struggle with making sure I drink enough water so hopefully this will keep me accountable.
Habit and Symptoms Tracker

For my habit and symptoms tracker, I decided to go back to the individual tracker layout in a calendar format. I find this works really well for me which is why I quite often go back to it. You may have noticed there are quite a lot of habits and symptoms I’m tracking this month. This is for the same reason as to why I’m including my workout and water tracker. I used to track my my rings on Notion but I don’t do that anymore. Because I had more habits than symptoms, I decided to add more to make things look even and consistent. I really like how these spreads turned out.
Mood and Sleep Tracker

For my mood tracker, I decided to go for a doodle layout. With this tracker, the more coffee beans I doodle, the worse my mood is on a particular day. I haven’t done a layout like this for a couple of years now so I’m looking forward to using it this month.
As for my sleep tracker, I went back to tracking the time I’m asleep as opposed to the amount of hours I’m sleeping. I like to switch between the two quite often so I’m looking forward to using this layout this month.
Blog Statistics and Blog Tracker

Here are some more new spreads. Again, I used to have these on my Notion page. I really like checking the statistics on my blog, not in an obsessive some kind of way, but more so to ensure that the engagement is consistent. I have included this in my Bullet Journal before, so it’s more of a reintroduction rather than an introduction.
As for my blog tracker, this is for when I’m writing my blog posts. You’re probably staring at the letters at the top of the table wondering what the hell does this mean? Essentially, from left to right, I have the date, blog post, planned, written, scheduled, featured image, categories, tags and published. In hindsight, I should have included this spread in my yearly setup as I do write a few months in advance but you learn every day what works and what doesn’t.
Content Tracker

You have probably all become quite familiar with my content tracker. This layout works really well for me and I can’t see myself changing it for some time. Like the saying goes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Moving swiftly on…
Brain Dump

And of course, here is my Brain Dump. I always like to include this in my Bullet Journal setup as you know.
And that’s it! Thank you for reading and I will see you soon for another blog post.
Beth
