As you all know, I absolutely love to journal. I like being able to spend time writing and letting out any thoughts I have. Sometimes though, there are times where I want to journal but I don’t know what to write. This is where journal prompts come in. Today I’m going to share some for you all which are related to mental well-being. Let’s get to it!

What are you grateful for today?
Are you going through something difficult right now? If you are, think about the last time you went through something similar. How did you cope? What steps did you take?
What self-care things do you like to do when you’re finding things tough?
What helps you to cope with your anxiety?
Is there an event that you are looking forward to?
What symptoms do you experience when suffering with your anxiety? Make a note of them. How do they make you feel? Is there something you can do to counteract them?
Who helps you to cope when things are tough?
What is your comfort tv show?
What is your comfort film?
Write a letter to yourself aged 18. What things have you learnt about yourself? What advice could you give to younger you?
Do you keep a Bullet Journal? Does this help to alleviate any symptoms of anxiety you may be feeling?
Who is your favourite person in your life?
How does exercise make you feel?
What is your comfort food?
Who is your best friend?
How is your work life at the moment?
