In today’s post, I’m going to be sharing a look at my media journal. I don’t think I’ve talked about this journal much on my blog before. Therefore, I wanted to do a dedicated blog post for it.
My media journal is a journal that I actually fill in every day. I have kept one since 2022, with the origins being a simple reading journal. When it got to the end of 2022, I decided to incorporate films and tv shows and have kept it this way ever since.
So what do I actually use a media journal for?
Well, my media journal actually serves a few purposes. I use it to track how much I’m reading, what I’m reading, rating my reading and making a list of my to be read. For films and tv shows, I track what I want to watch, stuff I want to rewatch and give them ratings as well. I will also give a little summary of a review of each thing I read/watch.
Looking back at my previous media journals is always fun. I love seeing what I rated things in the past. As I like to rewatch a few tv shows and films, it’s also interesting to see what has changed in terms of my opinion.
Now that I’ve shared what I use my media journal for, it’s time to share some pictures!
And there you have it. You can see the vibe throughout with the vintage decorations that I love so much. I love having this journal and I imagine I will continue to use it for some time!
