9 Must-Have Bullet Journal Spreads for Productivity and Wellness

Welcome to another blog post! Today I’m sharing some bullet journal spreads that you can include for productivity and wellness. Productivity and wellness is something that I always advocate for and I hope that you like these spreads and that they are useful to you! Let’s get to it!

Gratitude Pages

Keeping a gratitude page is so important to me. I love thinking of the small things that I’m grateful for and it really makes me appreciative of everything I have. You can find out more about gratitude journaling here!

Mood Tracker

I always like to include a mood tracker each month in my bullet journal. Not only are there a variety of ways to track it, I also like identifying patterns and relating them to other spreads to really gain an understanding on how my mood is throughout the month.

Time Tracker

This is a spread that I have incorporated into my setups before, albeit not for a while. The idea is to track where your time is going each day throughout the month, using it as a guide to see where you want your time to go.

Habit Tracker

Having a habit tracker can really help with productivity and wellness. As you can see, I track my skincare and drinking water, both of which are important for wellness. You can also track any exercise you’ve done, whether you’ve studied or even meditated! Check out one of my posts on different layouts to try!

Sleep Tracker

Something that I’m really struggling with at the moment is getting a good nights sleep. I don’t know what it is but I believe that tracking it will enable me to get an understanding of what’s happening. It’s also useful should I need it for going up the doctors!

Exercise Tracker

There are different ways to track your exercise in your bullet journal. Let me know if you would like a blog post about this! Exercise is so important for your wellness so I do like to track it (at the moment in my yearly setups).

One Line a Day

I admittedly haven’t used a one line a day spread for a little while in my bullet journal as I have a daily journal that I write in every single day. I am someone that really advocates for daily journaling and the benefits it can have on your mental health. If you struggle with this, a one line a day spread is perfect for rapid journaling!

Brain Dump

I am always going to include a brain dump in these types of posts because they can be used for whatever you like. I use it to document weekly layout ideas, track what I’m watching and create ideas for my law instagram. The opportunities are endless with this spread!

Routine Spread

Creating an ideal daily routine can also help with productivity and wellness. Providing you allow time for work and wellness activities, this is something that could definitely have a positive impact!
