My 2023 October Bullet Journal Setup

Welcome to another Bullet Journal Setup blog post. We are officially reaching my favourite time of the year. October-December is when I am truly happy in all honesty. This month’s theme is a vintage collage theme and I love how it turned out! Let’s get to it.

Cover Page and Monthly Spread

For my cover page, I went for lots of vintage stationery in a collage format. I really like the way the spread turned out and I think it’s the perfect introduction to the month.

For my monthly spread, I went for a calendar layout as always, with each day being 4 by 6 in my notebook. I feel like this will be my go-to size from now on as it feels like plenty of room for me.

Trackers

For my trackers, I wanted to make sure I was tracking the same things as last month. Of course, this includes habits, symptoms, dreams, sleep and mood. I wanted to go back to an individual layout for my habit and symptoms as I do really like how it works for me. My sleep tracker has also changed to tracking the hours I slept rather than the time I slept. The rest of the trackers are the same as last month.

Content Tracker and Blog Stats

I kept my content tracker and blog stats the same as last month. They both work really well for me so I don’t see the need to change them.

Gratitude, Reasons to be Proud and Brain Dump

For my gratitude and reasons to be proud spreads, I decided to change it to showing the days. I feel like this will be a lot more clearer for me to see what exactly I was grateful and proud of each day. Of course, I kept my brain dump the same.

Book, Film and TV Log

Of course, I kept my book, film and tv log the same as last month. This works really well for me so I don’t see the need to change it.

And that’s it! Thank you for reading and I will see you soon for another blog post.

Beth
