2024 Bullet Journal Setup

I hope you’ve had a lovely start to 2024 and it’s been kind to you all. I am so excited to finally share my 2024 bullet journal setup with you all! I’ve gone for a simple theme this year with leaves and grey dots. I will be talking through this one as I have added in new spreads from my last journal. Let’s get to it!

Key and name page

I feel like this is a really good introduction to the theme. I really like the way it turned out and having the key on the first page is really useful to me. I changed my key last year, and so I still need it to guide me through.

2024 welcome page

I always include a welcome page of the year in my journal. Again, I see it as an introduction.

Future log

For my future log, I wanted the same layout as my previous bullet journal as it worked really well for me. I enjoy having this in my journal as it’s such a necessity for me.

2023 review and hello 2024

I always include a reflection page looking at the previous year in my bullet journal. This allows me to reflect on my previous goals and how the year has gone. I also like to think about how I want the upcoming year to be and set new goals.

A health journey

This is brand new spread in my bullet journal. One of my goals for this year is to focus on my health and make positive changes. I have a weight tracker where I will track my weight each month, as well as my measurements. I also have a workout tracker, and this is where I will track what exercise I’ve been doing. I’m really happy with how this layout turned out and I’ve been enjoying using these spreads so far!

Rate the day and how’s my health

The following few spreads have been heavily inspired by Rubysocial on TikTok. My rate the day page is essentially replacing my year in pixels spread. I also have a how’s my health log so I can track this throughout the year.

How’s my mental health and dreams spread

I also created a mental health tracker so I could clearly see how my mental health looks over the year. I want to make sure I get a clear understanding of my mental health so I can look at ways of improving it. I also wanted to include a dream tracker like this in my yearly setup. Again, I was heavily inspired by Rubysocial to do this.

Blog post ideas

I feel like this is pretty self-explanatory but I do have a blog post ideas spread in my setup for… well… blog post ideas!

Blog post tracker

I also included a blog post tracker again in this setup. this is the same layout I used in my last bullet journal and it worked really well for me. This allows me to make sure I’ve included all of the necessities for a blog post.

Bullet journal themes and old bullet journal themes

For these spreads, Ilike to make a note of any bullet journal theme ideas I get. I also make note of the themes I have previously done as I like to recreate them.

And that’s it! Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to read this post and I will see you next week for another one!

Beth
