It’s been a while since I’ve done a day in the life post as a university student. I last did one back in July 2023 from when I was in second year. Therefore, I wanted to do one as third year student! This is from 22nd March 2024. Let’s get to it!

The first thing I did when I woke up was make my bed. I always make sure to do this as it gets me ready and going for the day. I then got in the shower, did everything I needed to do in the bathroom, and dressed.

Once I got dressed, I then sat down and did my skincare before going on to do my makeup.

Once I did my makeup, I finished my cup of tea (thanks, Dad) and then I got my bag ready. I only had one lecture on this day, so I didn’t need to take a lot of things apart from my laptop. I then headed out of the door.
I have to drive to university as I live 40 minutes away. Thankfully, the drive is actually so stunning. Of course, I can’t take photos of the views whilst I’m driving so you’ll just have to believe me on this.

Once I got to university, the first thing I did was head to a building called the Management Centre, which is one of my favourite spots at Bangor University. It’s quite quiet there which I really like and there’s also a coffee shop there that serves Costa. I had to get a drink.

Once I got my drink, I then headed to my lecture. On this day, I had Criminal Evidence which is a really interesting module. Thankfully, I only had this lecture and it finished early which is always a plus!
Once my lecture finished, I headed home. The weather was absolutely beautiful that day as you can see in the following photo.

However, I did have university work to do that day. I was right in the middle of deadline season so I was working on an essay. This essay was equitable interests in registered and unregistered land.

Once I finished my essay, I worked on some other university bits, such as summarising my lecture notes, creating revision materials and doing some reading.
I then had dinner, and went to bed!
Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this post and I will see you soon for another one!
Beth

Reading this brought back some memories of when I was at university. It seems like you have some great facilities to make use of, and a good routine that you’ve got into (all very helpful while you’re there). Thanks for sharing!
