Hello July! We are now officially over halfway through the year which is rather insane to me. As it’s the beginning of the month, it’s time for a bullet journal setup. This month, I went for a doodle jump theme. I used to play this game on my phone all the time when I was younger. I downloaded it again recently out of curiosity and I had to do it as theme!
This month has seen quite a few changes in my bullet journal as you will see. Firstly, I decided to go for a single monthly spread instead of a double page spread. This is because I’m on summer break now and don’t have university or school or anything like that. My brain dump is on one page instead of a double page spread, again because I don’t need that amount of space.
I also included two new spreads this month. I added a health and food log, which is going to be where I document what I eat each day and any workouts I completed. I also added a self care bingo spread. I’ve seen a fair amount of people include this in their setup and I thought it sounded like such a good idea! It basically encourages you to do self care throughout the month, and I really like that.
However, I did not include my gratitude spread this month. I really struggled to fill it out last month and I felt it was getting a little stale if you will. I might include it again next month but for the moment, I have no use for it.
With all of that information out of the way, let’s get into the spreads!

It was popular back in the early 2010s on phones! I found it rather enjoyable! Thank you for commenting!
