Welcome to the penultimate blogmas post of 2024! I am so grateful to each and everyone of you who continues to be here. Thank you! Today’s post is going to be about level 10 life. You may be wondering what that is so without further ado, let’s get to it!
Level 10 Life is a concept from Hal Enrod’s book, My Miracle Morning. What you essentially have to do is measure the success of 10 different areas in your life. You score each one out 10 and then set goals to make sure all of the areas are a 10/10 in the future! The areas are the following:
- Family and Friends
- Personal Development
- Spirituality
- Finances
- Career
- Fun and Recreation
- Giving and Contributing
- Physical Environment
- Health and Fitness
- Romance
The process that I like to take with it involves four different steps.
- What does my level 10 life look like now?
- What do I want it to look like in a year’s time?
- What steps can I take to get there?
- One year later, how does it look?
What does my level 10 life look like now?

The first step is simple. This is where you’re going to rate each area out of 10. This will give you an idea on what you’re working with and areas to improve. You can do this in a variety of ways. I decided to go for a simple bar graph.
What do I want it to look like in a year’s time?
We all know that each of the areas should be a 10/10. However, I would argue you need to take the time to figure out what that means to you. If you think it won’t be 10/10 in a year’s time, what is the numerical goal you’re after? Take some time to reflect.
What steps can I take to get there?
Once this is done, you can then start to set some goals for each area that will allow you to get to where you want to be in a year’s time. A good way to make these goals is by using SMART goals. This is a wonderful way to get to where you want to be.
One year later, how does it look?
This is a step that you’ll come to in a year’s time. Complete the level 10 life spread again. Have there been changes? Have the areas improved? You can then repeat the steps as and when you need to in order to achieve that perfect 10!
And that’s it! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this post and I will see you tomorrow for another one!
Beth

I really like this idea and will be reblogging it with a few thoughts of my own. Thank you for sharing.
