Welcome to another blog post!
Hi everyone! I hope you’re all well! I’m so excited to be back with another blog post about bullet journaling. It’s one of my favourite topics to write about here and I know you all like them too. As you can tell from the title, today I’m talking about my most used bullet journal pages.
Now I know that technically every spread is most used in my bullet journal. After all, the beauty of the bullet journal system means that if you don’t use a spread anymore, you can just not use it the next month. I’m sort of basing this on spreads that I’ve never gotten rid of in my years of using the bullet journal system. There are a few to get through. With this post though, I’m not going to just share pictures. I’ll give some reasoning and explanation as to why they’re my most used. With all that said, let’s get to it!
Future Log
The future log is a focal point of how the bullet journal system works. I remember when I first started using this system that I didn’t really understand it. I didn’t see the point of it. Now I understand the system better and I use it every single day. The current layout that I have works so well for me but there are other ways to do it too. You can see one example below!

Habit Tracker
I always have a habit tracker in my monthly setups. Filling this out is such a good way of encouraging me to have healthy habits. I do need to actually swap out habits that I feel like are implemented into my routine as there’s no point with continuing to track them. For example, doing morning and evening skincare is very much part of my routine now so I need to make sure I switch them out for other habits I want to focus on. Here’s an example of my habit tracker below!

Monthly Spread
The monthly spread is another focal point of the bullet journal system. This is a spread that I’ve always enjoyed even before I fully understood how the system works. I really adore using this each month, particularly a calendar layout. I love seeing all of my events lined up on one spread for the month. It’s just so satisfying to me!

Mood Tracker
I am someone that constantly wants to understand my mental health. Therefore, I want to always track my mood and gain insight into it. I love tracking my mood alongside other things, as I can look for common links to see what may or may not be affecting it. I love the different ways I can track my mood too! There are so many different layouts which I love.

Weekly Spread
The final spread I want to talk about is of course, a weekly spread. Like the future log and monthly spread, this a focal part of the bullet journal system. I always enjoy using different layouts and listing out my tasks and events for the week. Even if I don’t put in tasks and events every day because I’m away, I still like having this spread available to me.

And that’s it! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this post and I will see you soon for another one!
Beth
